I have this terrible toothache now and it is so bad that the pain goes into my jaw and up to my ear. I can barely stand the pain. I was awake all night again last night. I finally got an appointment to see a dentist today but now I am wondering if he will extract that tooth since it is paining me so much and seems infected.
